Nicholas and Mary Theresa (Gilles) Hubing

| Theresa (Gilles) Hubing was born 26 February 1878. She died 21 June 1914, age 36, of diabetic coma. Family lore states that Nicholas was heartbroken at her death, and he left his children and business and traveled west for a year after her death. He did return home and remarried in 1922. In his Will, Nicholas left $300 for masses to be said for his soul and for the soul of his deceased first wife, Theresa Hubing. |
