Margaretha2 Martin (Nicholas1) was born about 2 July 1854 at Port Washington, Ozaukee
County, Wisconsin, the daughter of Nicholas and Mary (Hansen) Martin. Ozaukee County birth
records, v. 1, no. 542, registered in 1872, says she was born "28 July".
She died 24 July 1854, age three weeks, at Port Washington, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin, and
she is buried in St. Mary’s Cemetery there. See Ozaukee County death certificates, v.
1, no. 217, which says she died at the age of three weeks. Therefore, she was born about 2
July.
